| 摘 要： | 为了研究CsCCD7蛋白的生物学功能并为CsCCD7的表达调控提供理论依据，使用一系列生物信息学软件、数据库和在线程序，对黄瓜CsCCD7核酸序列及蛋白序列进行分析。结果表明CsCCD7开放阅读框长1665 bp，编码554 AA，与CCD7蛋白同源性高；预测CsCCD7位于黄瓜第6号染色体上、基因全长含7个外显子和6个内含子。CsCCD7分子量是62.7 KDa、是不稳定蛋白；其蛋白序列中富含磷酸化位点；此蛋白为非分泌型蛋白、无跨膜结构域；预测其定位于叶绿体；此蛋白二级结构预测表明β折叠和β转角加起来的量多于α螺旋的量、为亲水性蛋白质；其二级结构和三级结构预测显示属于类胡萝卜素双加氧酶家族成员。CsCCD7属于CCDs蛋白家族成员、为黄瓜腋芽生长抑制基因的同源基因，可能在黄瓜腋芽生长和发育阶段对独角金内酯的合成和信号转导途径中起到重要作用，CsCCD7有进一步研究的价值。
