摘    要:为解决南方烟区低温危害烟苗生长导致苗龄过长等问题,研究不同漂浮育苗技术对烤烟化学成分及其经济性状的影响。结果表明:防御低温的安全育苗移植大田后长势旺,有效叶片数、株高要显著高于常规育苗,烟叶功能期叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量提高,成熟期烟叶叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的降解推迟和降解速度减慢;同时安全育苗技术有利于提高烤烟淀粉含量,降低烟碱含量,且烟叶烤后化学协调性、均价和上等烟比例与常规漂浮育苗并无显著差异,而产量、产值要明显高于常规漂浮育苗技术,该技术可以在南方烟区进一步推广。
