鹿药耐阴性研究

摘    要:鹿药是百合科多年生草本,具有较高的观赏价值,且适宜在阴处生长,为优良的耐阴材料。笔者研究全光照、80%、55%、30%、5%光照处理对鹿药生长、光合及生理特性的影响。结果表明:鹿药光补偿点和光饱和点均较低;净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,有明显的光合“午休”现象;鹿药的株高、单片叶面积、比叶重及叶绿素含量随着透光率的降低均呈上升趋势,并在30%透光条件下达到最大;在30%透光条件下鹿药叶色浓绿,观赏效果最佳;而在全光照下,鹿药叶片的叶尖,叶缘出现灼伤、翻卷现象,长势较差。综合考虑,30%光照为鹿药生长的适宜光环境。

Abstract:Smilacina japonica is a perennial herb of Liliaceae,which has highly decorative values and thrives in the shade;it is a excellent shade plant.The author discussed the effeets on the growth,photosynthesis and physiological character ofSmilacina japonica under different shading treatments.The results showed that the light compensation point (LCP),light saturation point (LSP) were at a low level.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn)presented the double-peak curve,with a clear‘light lunch break’phenomenon.The plant height,single leaf area,specific leaf weight and the content of chlorophyll increased with the decrease in light transmittance degrees.Under 30% light transmittance degree,they were the highest.Fewer than 30% light transmittance degree,Smilacina japonica with dark green leaves had the best ornamental effect.The apex and margin of leaves in the sun turned yellow,and showed weak growth vigor.Comprehensively,Smilacina japonica grew better in 30% light intensity than the others.
