摘    要:从聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中回收DNA片段是分子生物学中的常用技术,尤其针对于DNA小片段的回收。本试验对比了两种从非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中回收DNA小片段的方法(煮沸法和水浴法),并用无水乙醇和3 mol/L醋酸钠共沉淀纯化DNA小片段。采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测回收结果,通过紫外检测进行定量分析,结果显示:水浴法比煮沸法的回收率高。水浴法结合乙醇沉淀法还具有经济和操作简单的优点,可以广泛应用。
