不同盐分胁迫对玉米种子萌发的影响

研究玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长过程中各项指标在不同NaCl浓度胁迫处理下的变化。分别配置浓度为0、30、90、150、210、270 mmol/L NaCl溶液，并用各浓度的溶液将滤纸浸泡至饱和，在培养皿中对3个不同品种的玉米种子进行萌发胁迫试验，并测量幼苗的苗高及根长。试验结果表明：在NaCl溶液胁迫下3种玉米种子发芽率降低，发芽指数以及活力指数等各项指标均受到不同程度的抑制。幼苗生长过程中苗高和根长亦受到抑制。不同NaCl浓度胁迫对玉米种子萌发过程及幼苗生长过程具有显著抑制作用，在供试的3份材料中，‘农大3138’盐胁迫对其种子萌发速度、幼苗生长势的影响较小，表现出较强的耐盐能力。
