| 摘 要： | 为研究大豆MYB转录因子-GmMYB12B2在转基因植物类黄酮代谢中的作用，利用吉林大学植物种质资源与利用研究室前期克隆的GmMYB12B2基因，以PPZP质粒为表达载体，构建了由组成型CaMV35S启动子驱动GmMYB12B2基因的植物表达载体PPZP-GmMYB12B2；然后，采用冻融法转入农杆菌EHA105菌株，通过叶盘法对烟草进行遗传转化。经PCR随机扩增鉴定9株转基因烟草，其中有6株是阳性植株，初步证明已获得转大豆GmMYB12B2基因的烟草。
