杏鲍菇液体菌种培养基的筛选及培养条件的探讨

采用液体摇瓶培养法，以菌丝生物量为主要指标，对杏鲍菇液体菌种培养基配方及培养条件进行研究。试验表明，最适宜的培养基配方为：蔗糖3%，玉米面3%，麦麸3%，酵母粉0.4%，KH2PO4 0.25%，MgSO4 0.1%，ZnSO4 0.05%，CaSO4 0.05%，起始pH值为6~7。最适摇瓶培养条件为装液量80 mL/250 mL，摇床转速150 r/min，接种量10%，培养周期为6天。

Study on the Screening of Liquid Spawn Medium and Explore of Culture Conditions of Pleurotus eryngii
