缓释酸化剂对鹌鹑生长性能的影响研究

为了探讨缓释酸化剂对肉用鹌鹑生长性能的影响。将120只1日龄法国莎维麦脱肉鹌鹑随机分为对照组和酸化剂组，每组3个重复，每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮，酸化剂组在基础日粮中添加0.05%缓释囊酸化剂，试验期42天。结果表明，缓释酸化剂能显著提高肉用鹌鹑平均体重、日增重，降低料重比，其中1~21d、1~42d差异显著(P<0.05)；明显提高1~21天日粮的干物质、蛋白质、有机物、能量、钙和磷的表观利用率（P<0.05）；显著降低了1~21天的消化道PH值；明显提高21d十二指肠和空肠的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的水平；提高21d的十二指肠、空肠绒毛长度。表明缓释酸化剂能降低肠道的pH值，提高肠道消化酶水平，提高饲料营养物质的利用率，提高鹌鹑的生长性能。

Study on the Affect of Microencapsulated Compound Acidifiers on Growth Performance of Quails

In order to study the effects of dietary microencapsulated compound acidifiers on the growth performance, one hundred and twenty one-day-old meat-type quails were randomly divided into control group and acidifeiers group, each group had 3 replicates and 20 meat quails in each replicate.
