苏南经济发达地区新农村建设指标的实践分析

社会主义新农村建设是解决"三农"问题的重要途径。在建设社会主义新农村过程中,探索出许多优秀经验,但也存在很多问题。通过深入实地的调查研究,以苏南经济发达地区蒋巷村为研究对象,以蒋巷村84户农户问卷调查和当地政府访谈为基础,研究其新农村建设情况。着重找出苏南新农村指标和江苏省农村平均指标的差异,并分析形成差异的原因,最终总结和借鉴其发展模式,为落后地区新农村建设提供发展参考。

The Practical Analysis of the Indicators of the New Socialist Countryside-construction in the Economically Developed Regioils in Southern Jiangsu Province

The new socialist countryside-construction is an essential way to address the "threedimensional rural issues"(Chinese three-dimensional rural issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers).Despite many useful experiences accumulated in the new socialist countryside construction in each rural area,a large amounts of unsolved problems occurred.Through in-depth field research on JiangXiang Village——one of the economically developed regions,the root cause of the differences between the indicators of regions in Southern Jiangsu Province and the average economic indicators in overall Jiangsu Province were found,and the beneficial modes of construction in JiangXiang Village,by ways of questionnaires with 84 rural households in JiangXiang Village and interviews with the local government were investivagted.The paper serves to offer an insight on how to perfect the construction on under-developed rural areas via the definition and application of the successful model of construction of JiangXiang Village.
