西葫芦灰霉病拮抗细菌XTB-108抗菌物质产生条件研究

摘    要:对拮抗西葫芦灰霉病菌的细菌XTB-108产生抗菌物质的条件进行了研究。研究结果表明,在30℃,180r/min振荡培养条件下,培养48h,每100mLLB培养液中接种发酵液母液7mL,培养液的初始pH值为7~8时的培养基,是XTB-108产生抗菌物质的最佳条件。

Abstract:The optimum culture conditions of XTB-108 for producing antibiotic substances against Botrytis cinerea on cocozelle was studied. The results showed that the optimum culture time was 48 hours,the suitable inoculated volume was 7 mL/100 mL culture substrate,the best pH was 7-8 on the condition of 30℃,180 rpm.
