| Abstract: | Low carbon agriculture economy can reduce large quantities of greenhouse gases of agricultural emissions,cope with climate change on agricultural threat,and realize the sustainable development of new rural construction.We can construct new rural from four respects,such as the agriculture of low carbon,low carbon finance,low carbon industry and low carbon environment. |
