| 摘 要： | 人工饲料全龄2次给饵法(1—3龄1次、4—5龄1次,1—4龄1次,5龄1次)育蚕的结果表明:幼虫发育良好,且无蚕病发生,茧质亦较优。本饲育法与对照区(全龄3次给饵育)相比,饲育劳力更节省,适用于人工饲料育的丝茧和蚕种生产。

| Abstract: | In either case the first diet was given at hatching of the larvae, then the first method was to transfer the silkworm to a new diet at the beginning of 4th instar and the second method was to transfer the silkworms at the beginning of the 5th instar. Both of the scheduled feeding methods gave equivalent results on the growth of silkworms and no disease was found during rearing. The cocoon characters were similar to those under conventional rearing methods.
It is likely that the new method is applicable to an industrial scale rearing of silkworms such as cocoon production or egg production for commercial use. |
