酸奶中嗜热链球菌初步分离与鉴定

摘    要:以某市售酸奶为材料,用改良M17培养基分离纯化得到嗜热链球菌疑似菌落,革兰氏染色阳性,菌体呈链球状或者双球状排列,能发酵葡萄糖和蔗糖,不能发酵麦芽糖,且在45℃能生长,初步确定其为嗜热链球菌。
