红皮云杉亲代特征群体的多样性

摘    要:通过对来自于大、小兴安岭、长白山及锡霍特山脉等地区红皮云杉12个天然群体13个亲本性状、3000多个样本、35000多个数据的分析表明,红皮云杉亲本性状群体间、群体内以及个体内部存在丰富的变异,亲本表型性状的遗传变异中,33.57%的变异存在于群体间,66.43%的变异来自于群体内,群体间变异较小的是每粒质量、种子发芽率性状、变异较大的是球果性状。每粒质量与种子宽、种翅宽、针叶宽、针叶宽、球果长和发芽率存在着显著或极显著的正相关关系,即种子越饱满、质量越大,发芽率越高。利用主分量和聚类分析,将红皮云杉亲本群体划分为以下几类:白音敖包(BY)为一类,Lasovski Preser(L.)和Ussuriski preserse (U.)分在一类,穆棱(ML)、海林(HL)为一类,塔河(TH)、高峰(GF)为一类,乌伊岭(WY)、大丰(JS)、友好(YH)为一类,天桥岭(TL)、临江(LJ)为一类。

Abstract:parental characters, over 3000 samples, over 35000 datas came from 12 natural populations of Daxing'anling Mountain, Xiaoxing'anling Mountain, Chang Bai Mountain and Xi Huote mountain range were analyzed. The result shows that there are abundant variation among intrapopulation, interpopulation and intraindividual of Picea koraiensis . In the hereditary variation of the parental phenotypic character, 33.5% variation exist in interpopulation, 66.43% variation in intrapopulation. In interpopulation, the weight of a single seed and the seed germination percentage have less variation, and the strobile character has bigger variation. there are significant or extremely significant positive correlation between weight of a single seed and seed width, seed-wing length, needle width, strobile length as well as germination percentage. That is the plumper the seed, the bigger the mass, the higher the seed germination percentage is. With principal component and cluster analyses, the parental population of Koyama spruce were divided into several types: the type of Baiyinaobao; the type of Lasovski Preser (L.) and Ussuriski preserse (U.); the type of Muling and Hailing; the type of Tahe and Gaofeng; the type of Wuyiling, Dafeng and Youhao; the type of Tianqiaoling and Linjiang.
