| 摘 要： | 采用根癌农杆菌AGL-1介导的方法,对生防青霉Penicillium striatisporum Pst10进行绿/黄色荧光蛋白-遗传霉素抗性双标记,研究标记前后菌株的生长差异以及拮抗性能的变化.以Pst10的新鲜菌丝体为受体,获得12个青霉Pst10的绿色荧光蛋白-遗传霉素抗性(GFP-Gen)双标记菌株,转化率0.24%;获得14个青霉Pst10的黄色荧光蛋白-遗传霉素(YFP-Gen)抗性双标记菌株,转化率0.28%.在所获得的转化子中,部分双标记转化子的生长速度和拮抗性能有不同程度的改变,分别筛选获得1株和3株生长速度和拮抗性能与野生型没有明显差异的GFP-Gen和YFP-Gen双标记转化子. |
