湖南郴州重点保护动物种类及其分布的初步研究

据１９９８年春、冬季两次全市野生动物调查结果，郴州市现有黄腹角雉、白颈长尾雉、黑鹳、云豹和华南虎共５种国家一级保护动物，有红腹角雉、白鹇、草、游隼、大鲵等３８种国家二级保护动物，其中又以隼形目８种、雀形目７种、裂形目７种、形目６种，鸡形目６种为多。另有多种属于有益的和有经济价值的省级保护动物，主要为鹭类、蛇类、蛙类、啮齿类，并有珍稀特有种莽山烙铁头蛇的分布。

A survey on the species and distribution of the important protection animals in Chengzhou,Hunan

Asurvey carried out in spring and winter in 1998 shown that 5 species are the first class of state protected animals: Tragopan caboti,Syrmaticus reevesii Civonia cicomia,liportes vesllifer,viverricula zibetha.38 species,including 8 species from falconidac,7 from passcriformes,7 from piciformes 6 from strigiforms ans 6 from galliformes,such as T.Temminckii,Lophura nvcthemera,Falco peregrinus,Andrias davianus are the second state protected animals.There are also some province protected species such as snake (including Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus), frog,rodent and so on.
