不分行玉米收获机分禾器适应性试验

摘    要:为验证4YZ-180型不分行玉米收获机分禾器对不同行距的适应性,进行了整机行驶速度、分禾器尖离地高度、分禾器平面与地面的夹角的3因素3水平正交试验.结果表明,该机分禾器对不同行距的玉米收获有较好的适应性,试验过程中没有玉米植株被推倒或折断.对3因素的主次顺序及因素与指标的关系进行了分析,为玉米收获机作业时因素水平的设定提供依据.

Abstract:In order to resolve the corn harvest problem on different row-spaces, a 4YZ - 180 model cornharvester with regardless of row was developed. The orthogonal experimental study was conducted to validate the adaptability of the crop divider in corn field, which was based on 3 factors and 3 levels, namely, velocity of machine, ground clearance of the crop divider cusp, and angle formed by crop divider plane and ground. The experimental results indicated that the crop divider of this machine had good adaptability. The sequence of 3 factors and the relations of factors and targets were analyzed subsequently, and the optimal project was obtained. The analysis results are of significance to the operation of the machine.
