桃树QT01芽变枝的初步鉴定

摘    要:通过离体芽接初步观察,结果表明:芽变枝(QT01)与艳红同株非芽变枝比较.QT01果实的形状、皮色、肉质、风味等性状无明显差异,而果实缝合线、果顶和成熟期差别明显,主要芽变性状是桃缝红凸如唇、果顶内凹似苹和晚熟10d;QT01母体枝与离体芽接株成熟果实的芽变性状表现稳定一致;成熟果实总糖、还原糖、总酸和Vc 4个指标营养成分含量均比艳红同株非芽变枝优良.QT01为桃树优异芽变新资源.利用价值较大.

Abstract:Observation on budding in vitro of peach variety Yanhong indicates that there are no clear differences between bud mutation QT01 and its homophyletic non-mutation bud on shape, skin color, flesh texture and taste of fruit. A significant difference is the suture line, apex and maturity of fruit. Main characteristics of the bud mutation are red, convex and lip-like suture line, inter concave and apple-like apex, and 10 days late maturity.
