南水北调工程对陕西省关中地区可持续发展的影响

通过对陕西省南水北调工程技术、经济、环境诸方面进行了论证。结果表明,该工程具有总体规划布局合理、控制受水区范围大、调水位置高、水量水质均有保证等特点,既能解决关中地区当前水资源短缺的现状,又可满足中、远期区域经济发展的需求,为关中地区经济的跨越式发展及社会的和谐进步提供了强有力的保障。

Study on the effect of South-north water transfer project on the sustainable development of Guanzhong region in Shaanxi Province

The aspects of technology ,economy and environment of the South-north water transfer project in Shaanxi province is testified,showing that the lay out of the comprehensive planning of the project is reasonable,the controlled beneficial area is large,the location of water transfer is high and both the water volume and quantity are guaranteed,so the present problem of water shortage in Guanzhong region has been solved and the need of regional economic development in the medium term and long term is also satisfied, which provides strong guarantee for the economic leap and social harmonious development of Guanzhong region.
