| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和访谈等方式对福州、莆田、泉州及三明4个市域13个县科技特派员制度的实施和运行情况展开调查研究,并调查数据分析了福建省科技特派员制度的运行绩效,总结了科技特派员制度运行情况存在的问题,最后提出优化福建省科技特派员制度的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The running situations of sci-tech special commissioner system in 13 counties in 4 cities include Fuzhou,Putian,Quanzhou and Sanming were investigated by using questionnaire survey and interview methods.Base the survey data,the operational performance of sci-tech special commissioner system was analyzed,and the existing problems were summarized.Finally,the countermeasures for optimizing sci-tech special commissioner system in Fujian were put forward. |
