| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前常用的果树病毒检测方法，包括植物学症状鉴定法、指示植物鉴定法、血清学检测法和分子生物学检测法中的一些较常用的病毒检测方法。并分别列举了一些血清学检测和分子生物学检测方法在果树病毒检测中的应用实例。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the methods of virus detection which are commonly used in fruit tree virus detection recently are described. The methods are Botany Character Identification, Indication Plant Identification, Serological Detection Assay, Molecular Biological Detection Assay. There are some examples of detection methods of serology and molecular biology which are used in fruit tree virus studies. |
