柴油机燃油喷雾和燃烧过程的数值模拟

摘    要:介绍了作者开发的柴油机燃油喷雾和燃烧过程三维数值模拟程序的数学模型。以ZH1105型柴油机的3种燃烧室为例,用该计算程序对燃油喷雾和燃烧过程进行了具体模拟计算,并与试验结果进行了对比,结果证明,程序具有较好的预测内燃机燃油喷雾和燃烧过程的能力。

Abstract:A mathematical model of spray and combustion processes in diesel engine was presented in this paper. It was used in a three dimension numerical program developed by author. A spray equation, which was formulated from a droplet distribution function, was solved to describe the spray dynamics including droplet collision and breakup. A single step Arrhenius type reaction was used to model the overall engine combustion process. The significance of the combustion model in this situation is mainly to appropriately account for the energy release. Using this program the spray and combustion processes in cylinder of diesel engine were practically calculated for three types of combustion chambers in ZH1105 engine. The calculated values, compared with the test results, show that the program can simulate the processes of spray and combustion in diesel engine.
