| 摘 要： | 应用激素诱导母牛超数排卵，提高母牛繁殖率。选择３个试验组合，即ＦＳＨ＋ＬＨＲＨ－Ａ３试验组、ＰＭＳＧ＋ＡＰＭＳＧ试验组和三合激素＋ＬＨ试验组。选择条件大致相同的空怀母牛３６头，随机分为３组，每组各１２头，饲养管理基本一致。结果ＦＳＨ＋ＬＨＲＨ－Ａ３试验组母牛１２头，情期受胎９头，受胎率７５．０％，产犊１２头，其中产双胎３头，双胎率为３３．３％；ＰＭＳＧ＋ＡＰＭＳＧ试验组母牛１２头，情期受胎８头，受

| Abstract: | Thirty - six dry cows with similar conditions were selected and divided into three 12 cow groups to investigate the effects of hormone on superovulation and cow's reproductivity under the same feeding condition, three groups received FSH + LHRH- A3, PMSG + APMSG, and tri - hormone + LH treatment. 9 of 12 cows in FSH + LHRH - A3 group were pregnant with pregnancy rate of 75 % and produced 12 calves including twins from 3 cows with twinning rate of 33. 3 %; 8 in PMSG + APMSG group were pregnant with pregnancy rate of 66. 7 % and produced & calves including twins from 1 cow with twinning rate of 12. 5 %; 6 in tri - hormone + LH were pregnant with pregnancy rate of 50. 0% and produced 6 calves without twins. |
