荷兰月季快繁技术研究

摘    要:[目的]探讨荷兰月季快速繁殖技术。[方法]以荷兰月季一年生枝条为试材,以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度激素,组配成具有不同激素组合的12种培养基,研究不同浓度的激素组合对无菌芽诱导、丛生芽增殖、成愈率、分化率及生根的影响,筛选出适合无菌芽诱导、丛生芽增殖和诱导愈伤的培养基和适合愈伤分化的培养基。[结果]在12种培养基中,适合无菌芽诱导的培养基为MS+BA1.0mg/LBA+0.2mg/LNAA,腋芽诱导率最高达68.0%;适合丛生芽增殖培养基为MS+1.0mg/L BA+0.1mg/L NAA,增殖倍数为3.6倍;适合产愈培养基为MS+3.0mg/LBA+0.2mg/L NAA,产愈率最高达41.6%;适合分化培养基为MS+2.0mg/LBA+0.2mg/L NAA,分化率最高为21.1%;适合生根培养基为MS+0.1mg/L NAA+2.0g/L活性炭,小苗移载成活率高达90%以上。[结论]该研究为实现荷兰月季工厂化育苗奠定了基础。
