摘    要:通过对苎麻根有效成份黄酮甙的半数致死量(LD_(50))及显性致死突变试验,测得LD_(50)为2369mg/kg,苎麻根黄酮甙对小白鼠无显性致死效应,从而为深入研究其药效,扩大兽用药源提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Lethal dose of half the number ( LD_(50) ) and dominant lethality mutation in the effective composition flavone Glucoside of the ramie root were determined. The determination of the lethal dose of half the number used the method of squential trial. The ramie root flavone's LD_(50) is 2 369mg/kg. It will supply the safe and effective limits of the dose in the veterinary clinin. No marked difference between the three experiment groups and the control in the experiment of the dominant lethality mutation through the statistics analyse and the marked examine was found. The result shows that the flavone of the ramie root has no dominant lethality effect.
