摘    要:通过计算,合理选择切削参数,优化设计主轴箱,刀工具及夹具部分,充分利用原有的动力部件,在工厂现有的条件下,通过采取双速电机,解决了设计过程中遇到的功率不足的问题,为此类问题的解决,提供了较为可行的方法。

Abstract:After calculation,we adopt reasonable cutting parameters,and optimize the headstock design,including cutting tools and their jig and fixture. Then at the factory's present condition,we make good use of old power units,adopting dual-rate electrical machine,to solve the problem of power deficiency during the period of design. So we can provide feasible way to solve such kind of problems.
