不同含水量菜豆种子的贮藏效果

摘    要:将菜豆种子含水量降至 7.44 %、5 .5 6 %和 4.5 5 %后贮藏 1a ,每隔 3个月取出检测种子生活力和活力 ,包括发芽试验、膜透性试验、超氧化物歧化酶活性测定和老化试验 ,检测结果显示 :含水量为 7.44 %的种子生活力和活力保持最好 ,而 5 .5 6 %和 4.5 5 %含水量的种子生活力和活力显著下降 ,各项指标均低于对照种子 ,说明适度干燥对菜豆种子贮藏有利 ,但种子含水量不宜降到 5 %以下。

Abstract:The paper dealt with the storage effect of different moisture contents on kidney bean seeds. Seeds were dried by desiccant CaCl 2 to 3 moisture levels (7.44%,5.56% and 4.55%) respectively. Germination percentage,vigor index,conductivity,superoxide dismutase activity and aging test were measured every three months. After one year the results showed that kidney bean seeds' viability and vigor decreased significantly at 5.56% and 4.55% MC, while those of seed with 7.44% MC were kept well. Seeds with lower than 5.56% MC is not recommended for storage.
