热泵干燥技术的应用及其发展趋势

摘    要:热泵是一种高效、节能装置。应用于干燥过程可以降低能耗,对于缓解我国能源紧张局面具有重要意义。为此.以闭路式热泵干燥系统为例,介绍了热泵干燥系统的组成;指出了热泵干燥技术具有提高产品干燥品质、易于控制和环境友好等特点,可用于木材、符物、茶叶、种子和食品等物料的干燥;根据日前热泵干燥技术存在的干燥速率低等问题,分析了热泵干燥技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:Heat pump is a high efficiency energy saving technology, applied it in drying will reduce energy consumption, which is very important to our energy shortage situation. A close-circuit heat pump drying system is selected to introduce drying process. Other than energy saving, heat pump drying technology has the feature of improving production drying quality, easy to control and environmental benign. It can be used for drying wood, corn, tea, seed and food material. Forecasting of its progress is proposed according to now existing problems.
