摘    要:运用室内培养皿生物测定方法,对刺果甘草化感作用进行了研究.结果表明.刺果甘草植株各部分水浸液化感作用顺序为根>茎>根际土.刺果甘草植株果实浸液对小麦的根长和鲜重表现出明显的抑制作用,对水稻幼苗根长、苗高和鲜重表现出低促高抑的双重作用.刺果甘草水浸液对受体植物根长的抑制作用明显,对苗高的抑制作用较弱.

Abstract:Bioassay was used to study the allelopathy of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim. The results showed that its water extract solution of different plant part had different effects. The inhibiting effect on root was higher than stem and soil in rhizosphere. And significant inhibiting effects of fruit water extract were found on root length and fresh weight in wheat.
