摘    要:以水稻离体穗为材料,探讨微管解聚和呼吸作用与MeJA诱导水稻颖花开放的关系.结果表明:微管解聚剂秋水仙紊(oolchicine)和氟乐灵(trifhtralin)不能促进水稻颖花开放.MeJA处理稻穗后,在0-24 min呼吸抑制剂氮化钠NaN3强烈抑制开颖,27 min后(NaN3)抑制效应减弱,33 min后抑制效应不明显.

Abstract:With excised rice panicles as experimental materials,the effects of anti-microtubules drugs,respiratory inhibitor and MeJA on floret opening in rice was studied primarily.The results showed that the anti-microtubules drugs colchicine and trifluralin can't promote the floret opening of rice.The respiratory inhibitor NaN3 intensively inhibited floret opening in 0~24 min after MeJA treatment,however the NaN3 inhibiting effect on rice floret opening after MeJA treatment weakened by the time from 27 min and was ...
