| 摘 要： | 通过对不同栽培措施雷竹体内激素生长素、脱落酸、玉米素、赤霉素的研究，结果表明：不同内源激素在竹子体内分布很不平衡，生长素（IAA）在叶部的含量最高，鞭部其次，杆部最少；脱落酸（ABA）在杆部的含量最高，鞭部其次，叶部最少；玉米素（ZT）含量在杆部最高，叶部其次，鞭部最少；而赤霉素（GA3）含量在杆部最高，鞭部次之，叶部最少。雷竹体内的各种植物源激素极易受外界环境条件的影响，但合适的经营方式如覆盖、施肥等可以提高各部位的IAA、GA3水平。

| Abstract: | Study on endogenous hormones such as IAA,ABA,GA3 in Phyllostachys praecox f.prevernalis cultivated by different measures indicated that the distribution of endogenous hormones in different organs was not even,IAA: leaf>rhizome>culm,ABA: culm>rhizome>leaf,ZT: culm>leaf>rhizome,GA3: culm>leaf>rhizome.These hormones could be easily affected by environment,but reasonable management such as coverage and fertilization could improve the content of IAA and GA3 in different organs. |
