不同栽培措施雷竹植株内源激素研究

摘    要:通过对不同栽培措施雷竹体内激素生长素、脱落酸、玉米素、赤霉素的研究,结果表明:不同内源激素在竹子体内分布很不平衡,生长素(IAA)在叶部的含量最高,鞭部其次,杆部最少;脱落酸(ABA)在杆部的含量最高,鞭部其次,叶部最少;玉米素(ZT)含量在杆部最高,叶部其次,鞭部最少;而赤霉素(GA3)含量在杆部最高,鞭部次之,叶部最少。雷竹体内的各种植物源激素极易受外界环境条件的影响,但合适的经营方式如覆盖、施肥等可以提高各部位的IAA、GA3水平。

Abstract:Study on endogenous hormones such as IAA,ABA,GA3 in Phyllostachys praecox f.prevernalis cultivated by different measures indicated that the distribution of endogenous hormones in different organs was not even,IAA: leaf>rhizome>culm,ABA: culm>rhizome>leaf,ZT: culm>leaf>rhizome,GA3: culm>leaf>rhizome.These hormones could be easily affected by environment,but reasonable management such as coverage and fertilization could improve the content of IAA and GA3 in different organs.
