摘    要:为探讨芦竹切割过程和切割特性,设计研制了基于高速摄像技术的芦竹收割机切割试验系统,包括锯齿回转链式切割试验装置、夹持输送装置和高速摄像图像采集与处理系统;开发了基于高速摄像技术的序列图像采集与处理软件系统,通过对拍摄图片的处理、观察与分析,得出了影响芦竹切割质量和切割效率的要素;提出了切割器完成芦竹切割的接触、切入和切断3个过程;通过系统的标定,建立了切断芦竹的运动轨迹。

Abstract:The Arundo donax L.is a kind of good material of paper making,which is tall,thick and hard.In order to analyze the cutting process of the A.donax,a cutting experimental system of A.donax harvester based on the high-speed photography technology including the rotating chain-type cutting system and transportation mechanism and the high-speed photography image collecting and processing system was designed,the software system based on the high-speed photography technology was developed.Some factors affecting cutting qualities were put forward by observing and analyzing the pictures.The cutting process including touching,cutting-in and cutting-off of A.donax was set up.The movement tracks of stalks cutting off from A.donax were acquired.
