| 摘 要： | 对洋桔梗快速繁殖技术进行了研究。试验结果表明,适宜的增殖培养基为:MS BA0.5mg/L NAA0.1mg/L,增殖培养30d平均增殖倍数达6.7;适宜的生根培养基为:1/2MS NAA0.6mg/L IBA0.1mg/L。其生根率可达85%以上。

| Abstract: | The technique of Eustoma grandiflorum rapid propagation was studied in this paper. The results indicate that suitable proliferation medium was MS BA 0.5mg/L NAA 0.1mg/L, in which its average proliferation can reached to 6.7 times for 30d and that suitable rooting medium was 1/2MS NAA 0.6mg/L IBA 0.1mg/L, in which its rooting rate exceeded 85%. |
