| Abstract: | The developmental situation,the operation ways and the characteristics of new farmer cooperatives in the irrigation area of Ningxia were expounded as well as the role the cooperatives.The existing problems in the cooperatives were analyzed and the suggestions for speeding up development were put forward. |
