中华绒螯蟹促雄腺结构变化对精子发生的影响

摘    要:对中华绒螯蟹精子发生过程及促雄腺结构变化的光镜与电镜观察表明:中华绒螯蟹的精巢发育、精子发生与促雄腺的结构变化密切相关,促雄腺处于发育起始阶段时,精巢内尚未有精细胞形成,生精小管内以初级精母细胞与次级精母细胞占优势;当促雄腺处于分泌期时,精巢内精子形成并成熟释放;河蟹繁殖后,促雄腺处于退化状态。

Abstract:The spermatogenesis and the structure of the androgenic gland in Eriocheir sinensis was studied with light microscope and electron microscope. The results showed that there was close relation between the androgenic gland and the spermatogenesis. There had no spermatid when the androgenic gland was in primary development phase. There were a amount of primary spermatocytes and secondary spermatocytes in the seminiferous tubules at that time. The sperms matured and released when the androgenic gland was in secretion phase. And the androgenic gland was in the state of degeneration after having reproduced.
