发展山地现代农业的SWOT分析及对策

以重庆市石柱县为研究对象，采用SWOT分析法，从优势、机遇、劣势、威胁等四个方面对其农业发展现状进行分析。研究结果表明，石柱县发展山地现代农业优势大于劣势，机遇多于威胁；提出山地现代农业的发展定位、思路、布局及以重点采取从政策支持、载体工程建设、物质支撑、科技人才支撑、市场竞争力等五个方面的对策对农业提质增效；建议今后农业发展模式选择“特产型”农业和“健康生态型”农业相结合，重点依托本地区农业特色优势产业和生态无污染农产品，结合打造宜娱、宜居、宜养的休闲观光农业旅游城市，走大力发展生态精品农业路子。

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures for the Development ofModern Agriculture in the Mountain

Shizhu of Chongqing county as the research object, using the SWOT analysis method, analyze current situation of the development of its agriculture from the advantages, opportunities, weaknesses and threats. The research results show that mountain county development modern agriculture advantages outweigh the disadvantages, an opportunity than a threat ;it is put forward the development of modern agriculture thinking, layout positioning, having been proposed from policy support, carrier construction, material support, scientific and technological personnel support and market competitiveness in order to improve agricultural quality and the efficiency .The future agricultural development pattern choice "specialty" combination of agriculture and health ecological agriculture .It is depended on this area’s agricultural characteristic advantage industry mainly and ecological pollution-free agricultural products, combining building appropriate entertainment, livable and appropriate leisure sightseeing agriculture tourism city ,and going to vigorously develop ecological agriculture high-quality goods.
