| 摘 要： | 检测通过不同方法(阴干、烘干、蒸干、杀青)加工处理的金银花的外观、灰分、浸出物、绿原酸和总黄酮含量及收干率等指标,选择出较好的金银花产地加工方法。实验结果显示:杀青法在产品的外观、绿原酸、总黄酮的含量上,占有很强优势,且总灰分较低,是金银花较佳的产地加工方法。

| Abstract: | Test the exterior quality,ash content,extractives,content of chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos（LJF） processed by different methods： drying in the shade,oven drying,steaming and oven drying,fixing machine drying,to find the best processing method which can be used in producing area.The result shows that LJF dried by fixing machine have better exterior quality,higher contents of chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids as well as lower content of ash than those obtained by other drying methods,so fixing machine drying is an ideal processing method of LJF and can be used in the planting basement. |
