摘    要:研究了不同UV—B强度对6种园林植物花粉萌发率及花粉管生长的影响。试验设置4个UV—B辐射强度、6个时间梯度。6种植物分别为北黄花菜、天蓝绣球、紫葳、龙葵、国槐和矮牵牛。结果表明:增强的UV—B对花粉的萌发率和花粉管的伸长有不同强度的抑制作用,高强度辐射的抑制作用大于低强度,且UV—B辐射对花粉的影响具有时间累积效应,二元回归分析表明,除天蓝绣球的花粉萌发率以外,其他所有物种和指标均随着UV—B辐射的强度增大和时间增加呈负相关。

Abstract:The cumulative effect of enhanced UV-B radiation on pollen germination and pollen tube length of six plants was investigated.The plants were Hemerocallis lilioasphodelus,Phlox paniculata,Campsis grandiflora,Solanum nigrum,Sophora japonica and Petunia hyhrida.Four doses of UV-B radiation had been set up.The radiation time was from 1 hour to 6 hours.The pollen germination and pollen tube length of six plants had been inhibited by different UV-B radiation and different radiation time.The higher strength of UV-...
