摘    要:液压自由活塞发动机的起动系统由起动蓄能器、液压换向阀、位置传感器及控制单元等组成,其中作为起动系统能源和油源的起动蓄能器直接关系起动的成败。分析了液压自由活塞发动机起动的前提条件,研究了起动过程中混合气的组织和能量的流动、耗散及传递等,并在此基础上给出了选择起动蓄能器的理论依据。

Abstract:Starting system of a hydraulic free piston engine (HFPE), which consists of a hydraulic accumulator, two hydraulic direction control valves, position sensors and an electronic control unit (ECU), is different from that of a crankshaft internal combustion engine. To start a HFPE, it needs harmonious action of every part within the HFPE, especially the hydraulic accumulator that serves as the system energy source and hydraulic oil source. The mixture organization, the minimal stroke numbers, energy dissipation, distribution and flow during starting process were discussed and analyzed. Based on this, the selection of the starting hydraulic accumulator was theoretically performed.
