| Abstract: | Post cadres training in Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences is an important way of training and exercising cadres, and an important way to strengthen the construction of the cadres. Since 2008, post cadres training in CATAS have achieved good results, there are also some problems. This paper puts forward countermeasures for the existing problems, and hope to have a certain reference significance to strengthen the cadre work. |
