樟树种子性状产地表型变异研究

对我国樟树自然分布区４７产地采集的樟树种子进行取样观测，分别测定子种子的长、宽、高、重、并进行播种试验，观测种子的场圃出苗率。分析樟树种子形态场圃出苗的产地差异，地理变异规律及种子形态对种子出苗率和苗木生长的影响，分析表明，樟树种子形态存在显的产地差异，种子的大小存在明显的径向变异，种形指数（长宽比）与纬度呈显的相差。种形指数与苗期生长有密切的关系。根据樟树种子的大小，形状、百粒重等７个性状的

A Study on Seeds Phenotypic Variation in Natural Range of Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl

The seed characters of Cinnamomum camphora, such as length, width, height, weight, 100-seed weight were investigated in 47 locations. The results showed that seed characters and seeding survival percent in the field had significant variation among locations. According to the correlation analysis of the seed traits with the stand environment and seeding growth traits, closed relationship was found between seed size and longitude, between seed shade and height of seeding. According to the cluster analysis of the 7 seed trait means of locations, the natural range of C. camphora could be divided into 6 districts.
