摘    要:采用米-17B7型直升飞机,应用3种农药对西藏飞蝗Locusta migratoria进行大规模灭治应用研究,结果表明:军用高原直升飞机施药效率高,能有效克服高原地区开展虫害防治的困难,是控制青藏高原区蝗虫爆发和危害的有效手段;应用200亿/mL类产碱假单胞菌·苏云金杆菌悬乳剂平均灭效88.5%,100亿/mL杀蝗绿僵菌油悬浮剂平均灭效83.2%,4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油平均灭效95.4%;高效氯氰菊酯乳油对生物多样性的危害明显,应注意对害虫天敌的保护.

Abstract:"MiG-17B7"helicopter was used for 3 pesticides spreading in larger-scale control of Locusta migratoria.The result indicated that the military helicopter was very effctive in spraying pesticides,and overcome the difficulties of pest control in plateau area.The killing effect of 20 billion living spores of Pseudomonas pseudoalcalingences and Bacillus thuringiensis per mL suspension was 88.5%,10 billion/mL Oil formulation of Metarhizium flavoviride could control 83.2% grasshopper,while 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin gave 95.4% control.Beta-cypermethrin was harmful to biodiversity and insect natural enemies'protection should be considered.
