猫卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎模型的建立及病原体观察

 住家附近诱捕到14只家鼠,经皮下注射醋酸可的松8周,建立卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎,取家鼠肺组织制成接种物。1～8号实验猫于接种前皮下注射醋酸可的松8d,然后肺内接种1.3×105卡氏肺孢子虫包囊;9～16号实验猫则直接肺内接种2.6×10⁵卡氏肺孢子虫包囊。接种后,注射醋酸可的松的1～8号实验猫出现严重的临床症状;病理变化呈典型的卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎。9～16号实验猫为亚临床症状;肺脏呈轻微肿胀。实验结果表明实验猫免疫力低下时,接种外源性卡氏肺孢子虫包囊可导致典型的卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎;健康猫接种外源性卡氏肺孢子虫包囊则为隐性感染。并对肺脏等组织内的虫体进行详细的形态观察。

Establishment of Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia in Cat Model and Pathogen Observation

Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia in fourteen mice trapped within or near houses were facilitated by injecting with cortisone acetate for 8 weeks,then the inocula were produced from the lung tissues of the mouse,in which,there are a lot of P.carinii.Before inoculation,cats numbered 1～8 were hypodermically injected with cortisone acetate for 8 days,and then the inoculum from the mouse lungs,including 1.3×10⁵ P.carinii,were inoculated into left and right lungs of these cats.Cats numbered 9～16 were inoculated with 2.6×10⁵ P.carinii cysts into the left and right lungs.After the inoculum inoculation,the severe clinical symptoms were developed in Cats No.1～8 the main pathological changes resulted in was from typical P.carinii pneumonia.Cats No.9～16 developed a subclinical symptom and their lungs were slight swelling.The experimental results showed that cats can be infected with exogenous P.carinii after pulmonary inoculation when their immunity was low;normal cats inoculated with exogenous P.carinii were silent infection.In this study,the detailed morphological observation to the P.carinii from the cat tissues were done by us.
