| 摘 要： | 供试的两套玉米自交系做不完全双列杂交,组配成44个杂交组合.对生育期、株高、穗长、千粒重、穗重和产量等6个性状的配合力进行估算.按照一般配合力、特殊配合力和总配合力筛选出3个优良自交系和2个优良杂交组合.对于一般配合力、特殊配合力和总配合力,在选择优良杂交组合时应加以综合考虑.

| Abstract: | Two sets of maize inbreds were crossed and forty-four hybrids were obtained in the incompelete parallel design After combining ability of six characteristics including growth duration, plant height, ear length, 1000 kernels weight, ear weight, and yield was calculated Three best inbreds and two best hybrids were selected among the inbreds or hybrids in the trial in light of general combining ability(GCA), specific combining ability(SCA), and total combining ability(TCA)respectively In order to select the best hybrids, GCA, SCA,and TCA should be comprehensively applied in the selection procedure |
