摘    要: 对接种4种常见根结线虫的寄主植物番茄适时控制浇水,使番茄出现间断的暂时萎蔫,侵入番茄的寄生性二龄幼虫生活环境变劣,能促使根结线虫寄生性二龄幼虫的性别向雄性方向分化,而获得大量雄虫。试验结果,控水处理的番茄平均每株分离到的雄虫量,北方根结线虫47.0条,花生根结线虫43.8条,南方根结线虫37.6条,爪哇根结线虫30.6条;对照植株最多仅为2.0条。t测验表明,控水与否获得的雄虫量有显着差异(p=0.05);LSR法(q测验)分析表明,控水处理的番茄上产生的雄虫量,除北方根结线虫与花生根结线虫之间无差异外,其余各种相互间均有差异显着性(p=0.01)。

Abstract:In greenhouse, by decreasing irrigation water at the right moment, and made the cultivar Rutgers of tomato which were inoculated four common species of root-knot nematodes( Meloidogyne spp.) appeared discontinuity transient wilt, and the parasitic second stage infective larva of Meloidogyne on tomato grew up under adversity and their sex differentiated to male, thus, obtain a great number of male of Meloidogyne . The results indicate that under the same treatment of decreasing water, the average male quantity (AMQ) of M.hapla per plant was 47.0 males, M.arenaria 43.8, M.incognita 37.6, and M.javanica 30.6. Contraryly, the AMQ of CK was only 2.0. The t-test shows that AMQ which is obtain under the treatments between decreasing wateer and not is of significant difference at 0.05 levels. and LSR analysis indicate that AMQ appearantly differente among four common species of Meloidogyne except between M.hapla and M.arenaria (p=0.01).
