| Abstract: | Maintaining the genetic integrity of germplasm is indispensable in preserving germplasm source.In this paper the genetic integrity of germplasm studied by the foreign and Chinese researchers was briefly introduced in morphological characteristic,cytology marker,physiological and biochemical marker and molecular marker. |
