芝麻新品种冀黑芝1号的选育

冀黑芝1号黑芝麻新品种是河北省农林科学院粮油作物研究所以白芝麻品种冀芝1号纯合体为母本、农家种“武宁黑”纯合体为父本组配杂交组合，通过有性杂交、系谱定向选择和多点鉴定选育而成。该品种单秆、叶腋三花、蒴果四棱、种皮乌黑，具有高产稳产、优质、抗（耐）茎点枯病和枯萎病、适应性广等特性。2003～2005年河北省芝麻区域试验平均产量1388．4kg／hm^2。，较对照品种冀芝3号增产22．32％，居参试品种第1位。茎点枯病和枯萎病抗性指数分别为一0．8和一1．6，达到高抗水平。籽粒脂肪含量53．58％，蛋白质含量23．33％。2006年12月通过河北省鉴定。

Breeding Jiheizhi No.1 of A New Black Sesame Variety

Jiheizhi NO.1,a new black sesame cultivar,was bred by cross of the unmixed Jizhi No.1 white sesame and Wuninghei black sesame,a local variety.It was developed through sexual bridization,pedigree selection and indentifization in many places.It is an unbranching,ternary-flower per leaf axil,four angular capsule and black seed sesame variety.The cultivar possessed the characteristics of high and stable yield,resistance to charcoal rot and fusarium wilt diseases,good quality and extensive adaptability.In the Regional Trial of Hebei Province from 2003 to 2005,the average yield of Jiheizhi No.1 was 1 388.4 kg/hm2,which outyielded the control cultivar Jizhi No.3 by 22.32%.High resistance of charcoal rot and fusarium.The seed oil content was 53.58% and protein content 23.33%.It was registered by Hebei Crops Variety Approval Committee in December 2006.
