浅析岳阳市发展绿肥生产潜力及发展对策建议

种植绿肥是低碳农业发展的重要基础,其作用主要体现在充分利用秋冬阳光固氮吸碳、改善土壤结构,培养土壤肥力,提高作物产量与品质,减少化肥施用量,节能减耗等方面。岳阳市有种植绿肥习惯,从20世纪70年代最高达到24.67万hm2,到近年面积锐减至3.33万hm2,冬闲宜植绿肥面积达20万hm2,开发潜力巨大。要实现绿肥生产快速发展,支持科研与种子基地建设,逐步形成绿肥生产的政策导向与利益共享机制,为推进岳阳市农业向＂低碳循环＂的现代农业转型打下坚实基础。

Planting green manure is an important foundation for the development of low-carbon agriculture,its function is mainly reflected in making full use of the autumn and winter sunshine for carbon-nitrogen absorption,Improving soil structure,Raising soil fertility,improving the crop output and the quality,Reducing chemical fertilizer employment quantity,Saving energy,and so on.Yueyang has custom of planting green manure.there were more than 24.67×104hm2 in 1970s＇,but now the area dropped only 3.33×104hm2.The fallow area to plant green manure are more than 20×104hm2,the development potential is huge.To achieve the fast development of green manure production and support scientific research and seed base construction,gradually form a policy guidance and benefit-sharing mechanisms for green manure production,and lay a solid foundation to advance the transformation of our city＇s agriculture to＂ the low-carbon circulation＂ modern agriculture.
