基于水量水质双控制的艾依河补水机制研究

摘    要:通过建立以MATLAB计算软件为平台的涵盖多污染物指标因子的水量水质数学模型,以不增加艾依河补水总量为约束条件,以艾依河主要污染物指标均控制在国家地表水环境质量Ⅳ类标准以内为总体目标,通过大系统演算,得出适宜艾依河生态环境健康发展的科学合理的补水机制。

Research on Replenishment Mechanism for Aiyi River Based on Double Control of Water Quantity and Quality
Abstract:Based on MATLAB,the water quantity and quality mathematical model is established,which includes multi-pollutant indices. The constraint conditions of this model are not to increase the total amount of water for Aiyi River. And the goal of it is that the main pollutants are controlled within the national surface water environmental quality standards of grade IV. And then,the model is used to research on the scientific and reasonable replenishment mechanism,which is suitable for the healthy development for Aiyi River.
