植物生长调节剂对水稻氮素累积和转运及籽粒蛋白质含量的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验探讨了新型植物生长调节剂不同配方对水稻氮代谢、籽粒和糙米蛋白氮含量、籽粒蛋白质产量的影响,并筛选出效果显著的一种新型植物生长调节剂配方。结果表明,水稻籽粒灌浆期间功能叶、茎鞘的全氮、蛋白氮含量随着生育期的延长呈减少趋势,其减少量以喷施植物生长调节剂不同配方处理高于对照,水稻糙米的全氮、蛋白氮含量以喷施植物生长调节剂不同配方处理高于对照,其中PGRF4处理最高,PGRF2处理次之,籽粒蛋白质产量以PGRF3处理为最高,比对照增产17.90%,其次为PGRF2处理,比对照增产15.93%。

Abstract:This paper is an attempt to study the effects of different formulas of new plant growth regulator (PGRF) on nitrogen metabolism, grain and brown rice protein and grain yield,and one formula of new plant growth regulators with significant effects are selected. The results show that total N and protein N content in the functional leaves and stem sheaths of rice decrease gradually with progressing stage of rice growth in filling stage.Magnitudes of decrease of total N content and protein N content of different formulas plant growth regulator treatments are higher than that of CK and their decrements are higher than that of CK.Total N content and protein N content in brown of rice reflects the same trend.Among all these treatments, total N content and protein N content in brown of treatment PGRF4 is the highest,with that of PGRF2 the second. The protein yield of treatment PGRF3 is the highest and that of treatment PGRF2 takes the second place,and their protein yield were increased by 17.90% and 15.93% compared with treatment CK respectively.
